A Little About Me
My name is James Barugh NRAH, GHR, NLP, CBT and I have over 12 years experience practicing full time as an advanced hypnotherapist, NLP, CBT practitioner with a diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT. I have had training from Andrew Newton (the man that trained Paul McKenna), LCCH London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Valerie Austin Advanced Hypnotherapist and author of hypnotherapy books and I continually improve my skills with more courses.
I am currently a member of the National Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists, a member of the GHR General Hypnotherapy Register, a member of the NHS Directory of complementary and Alternative Practitioners and BABCP British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.
As a qualified hypnotherapist in Reading I specialise in helping people with stop smoking, weight loss, confidence and public speaking, but also help with, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, anger, IBS, phobias, fears, low self esteem, shyness bad habits such as nail biting etc.
