Anxiety is an unpleasant state in the body of physical sensations such as feeling unable to breath, palpitations, feeling giddy, shaking, sweating, nausea, chest pains, headaches etc.
Also anxious thoughts worries and fears - some of which are illogical and irrational because of this some people get anxious behaviours such as avoiding going out, travelling on public transport, driving meeting friends etc. Some people will also experience panic attacks.
Worrying about having a panic attack can increase anxiety and can increase the likelihood of having panic attacks. It becomes a vicious circle. Although anxiety is very common some people don't like to talk about it and it becomes an isolating condition, many people think they are going mad. It is possible with advance hypnotherapy and CBT usually 5 sessions over 2 or 3 months can help you overcome psychological and physical aspects of anxiety to take back control of your life.
